BIG NEWS TO SHARE FOR PRECIOUS!
Precious waited EXACTLY 1,014 days in an outdoor shelter in Mexico before meeting her new mamma. Some things are worth waiting for and we think for Precious, she would agree. A little over 1000 days ago, this sweet girl was hit by a car and obtained some horrifying injuries, but by some miracle, she found her way to one of the local volunteers’ home in Mexico and was immediately taken to the vet for treatment.
“I first saw Precious on Instagram, with her video of her being in the shelter for almost 1000 days. I remember sending it to my mom saying ‘I really want her’. The dog was so beautiful and truly looked like the sweetest thing. She had so much love to give for Marianne in the video and I knew then that I wanted to provide an amazing, loving home for her so I reached out to Street Dog Hero. When I met Precious at the airport last week, she immediately jumped into my arms and gave me a big hug. That’s when I knew I made the best decision ever. She is now living her best life in Florida with me. She loves to cuddle, go on walks, and sunbathe. She has discovered the Bully Sticks and she LOVES them! I have re-named her Presley or Precious Presley. I can’t wait for what’s to come on this amazing adventure with the sweet, sweet girl!” – Precious Presley’s momma
